My Motivation of every morning

Life is always going to be a struggle no matter what? We just need to know how to work it out day after day. I always thought attending college was easy, like high school. Unfortunately I am wrong, now I realize how wrong I was. My motivation when I wake up every morning is school. The first semester I started college I dint come because I wanted to, yet I came because my mom and brother pushed me too. Now I see, that maybe I was scared of actually attending college. I realized that if I don't fight with my fears it won't take nowhere. Faith is something that I always consider because with faith everything is possible. Faith will take me where I want to in life, which is go far in school!!!!

Tuesdays with Morrie

Tuesdays with Morrie is a really good book for anyone. I personally don't like books, but this one I loved reading. It teaches us many lessons. The book is about an old man with a disease, how he shows many lesson to Mitch, even though death is coming soon to him he still continues his life as normal. The book made me reflect in many ways. "I traded lots of dreams for a bigger paycheck, and I never even realized I was doing it." (33) This is one of the lesson that the book taught Mitch, how he was in his own world and didn't realized what was going around him. Many lessons were though in the book, but one that I thought was important was Morrie taugh Mitch how to live. I gotta say this book is one of a kind.!!

Success

A lot of us see success in many different ways. In the article,"Measuring Success" from Renee Loth, she states, "Success is defined differently by different people". To me success is courage, and effort. For example, before when I was in high school I though success was getting straight A's Now I realized that it is true, but just the fact that I tried my best in school and put a lot of effort I am being successful.I don't need to get straight A's to think I am smart. It should not matter how good you are with something just the fact that you take the time to accomplish it and feel good about it and about yourself is what counts.

The Hunger Games

 

The book I read about is the "Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins. The book started really interesting and it motivated me more and more after I had read the few several chapters. Katnis was the main character, she only had her mom and her little sister. She haunted to survive and to feed her family. Before her father died he also haunted, so basically that's where she learn to haunt. Katnis ended up meeting her best guy friend Pam, which is another especial member to her. The setting of the book was in the woods and also some part was in North America in the Nation of Panem. Some significant ideas the author made were that never give up no matter what just have faith and everything will come out how you wished. In the novel their were 12 districts. All 12 district would fight against each other to win food for their district, but their was only space for one winner. It was a fight to the death on TV where every district was going to see it.

This book was really interesting to me, but at the same moment it was really hard to continue reading. The more I read it the more I enjoyed it. The only bad part was the deaths as they started the fight kids were dying one by one. One of the quotes that got my attention was "Thanks for keeping hold of me. I was getting a little shaky there"(72). This shows how Katniss was always there for her district, how she not only cared about her, but other even though she had in mind that she might of died. This shows how she was not selfish at all. The other was "She's a survivor, that one. she is, says Petta" (98) at the moment Katniss showed her qualities of fighting everyone knew how good fighter she was. In the book she impressed that judges that was one of the moments people realized how brave she was. The book remainds me of Robin Hood when I was reading the book I found some similarities from each other both Robin Hood and Katniss showed how brave they where they both tried to protect people. Katniss her family and Robin Hood the poor people. The book and the movie of "The Hunger Games" are somehow different the movie does not show all what the book talks about. This book impacted me on a way that now I think books can be really interesting if I actually put attention to it and do read it.

Garnier vs Loreal

 Both products are hair paintings for woman. The hook on left side is the silky straight hair the girl has. The hook on the right side are the curls the girl has. The product is being sold to women. Beside the product I think beauty is also being sold, because it is making us girls think maybe we can get really good hair like them by using their products, perhaps I think it is not true. We think that by buying any ads products we might be like them, which most cases it not. Buying things won't assure you'll be happy with the product, but however you are spending your money.

5 Photo Expression

Being happy or sad is a really difference to me in life. Why be sad when you have all you need.? Good health, food, shelter, and family. A lot of people think money and popularity is everything you need in order to be happy. Perhaps not for me, I thank God for the beautiful family he gave not just that but, for giving me health day after day.


 Have you ever felt that everything turns out wrong, you get all these sad feelings all of the sudden. You think everyone turns against you, I would say it  happens to everyone at least once. To me faith strengthens me a lot, without faith I wouldn't achieve my dreams. "Believe in God never panic, just pray".
